Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must have passed FCPS Part-I in the concerned discipline.
- Civil trainees will adhere to hospital and Army standing orders during training.
- Performance, discipline, and patient care are strictly monitored.
- No TA/DA will be provided for interview attendance.
- Bring all original documents during the interview.

- Matric/FSc detail mark sheet
- MBBS aggregate mark sheet
- PMC reenrollment certificate
- Copy of CNIC and domicile
- House job certificate
- CPSP letter of congratulations
- NOC from department (for govt employees)
- Police character certificate (for selected trainees)
- Original deposit slip of Rs. 1000 in specified bank account
- Three passport-size photographs
